STRESS RELIEF

Human always facing stress,we have 2 overcome this.If not,our health will be badly affected.

To recognise stress:

1)PHYSICAL

  • clumsiness
  • panic attacked
  • insmonia
  • constant tiredness
  • breathing problem
2)EMOTIONAL

  • irritability,anger,and readiness 2 explode without reason
  • difficulties in making decision or concentration
  • feeling of being overhelmed
  • depression
  • tearfulness
  • no sense of humour
3)BEHAVIOURAL
  • Excessive drinking or smoking
  • poor appetite or overeating
  • avoiding other and unable to enjoy accompany
